You want to have clarity on your path and know how to share your unique gifts with the world.

Nature has always brought you peace and you want to explore and expand that connection.

You are on the right path. I can help you find clarity, meaning, and balance.

Get to know me

Tibetan Buddhism is my home and Advaita Vedanta helps me realise that separation is an illusion. Meditation keeps me in the present, while gratitude is my favourite practice.

I spend most of my time exploring the world, and Asia has a special place in my heart. My favourite thing is to go on long hikes in high mountains.

I have huge empathy for our human condition, and that’s why I became a Psychologist. Tools like astrology, oracle cards and my clarity of intuition support me in guiding people.

I chose nature as my healer when recovering from a car accident. Nature brought me back on my feet and gave me peace of mind. Gradually it became clear that I am nature, we are all nature, and being alive is an experience of interconnectedness with everything else. What a gift to be alive!

I’m grateful for our inter-being, and honoured to share my love of the world with you!

Values that guide my life

Nature Connection & Eco Self

We are all part of this big living organism: the Earth. We are made from the same elements and are all connected. Separation is an illusion. We are nature.

Beauty in Everything

Choose how you see things. There is always beauty to be found. It may not be instantly obvious, but it’s there. Find the goodness in everything

Embracing Responsibility

Things are not happening to us. We are active participants in our lived events. It’s empowering to take responsibility for what we co-create in our life.

Wild Creativity

Explore the unknown, expand, imagine, follow what makes your heart feel alive. Limits are self-imposed. Break free. Be as wild as you can be.

Total Acceptance

There was no other way for things to go, life does not need to be any different. Being imperfect is natural and beautiful. What if we can accept life as it is?

Courageous Presence

To be able to be ourselves is our greatest gift. We can let life go by and be distracted, or we can be fully present for every moment of it. Live authentically.

The Joy of Gratitude

We can find the inherent goodness in ourselves, in others, in a situation, or in the world. Gratitude is independent of external circumstances. At each moment we can feel the joy of gratitude.

Radical Compassion

Letting ourselves be touched by our suffering and that of others. Including the vulnerability of life in our hearts. Radical compassion is a mindful practice of caring for all beings.
